There are a lot of lid cleansing foams on the market of various sorts. Some are medicated, many have tea tree oil. This one has… okra. Yes, that’s the claim to fame. I do not have personal experience of this other than brief trials, so I can’t give a detailed review. I found it very gentle and pleasant. Personally I tend to prefer lid cleansing products that I don’t have to rinse off, but that’s usually wipes, and many people find foams more comfortable to use than wipes. Instructions for use 

• Place foam onto fingertips.
• Gently scrub closed eyelids and/or face for 15 seconds. Leave foam on for another 30-40 seconds. Avoid direct eye contact.
• Rinse with water.
